We must receive the $495 application and appraisal fee before we can lock you the rate. We can only lock rate on business days from 10:30am to 8:00pm. You can pay and lock outside business hours. We will fully refund the fee if we fail to secure the rate lock the following business day.

The $495 locking and application fee will go directly to the appraisal company. We have absolutely no control over your home value and you will lose the $495 if your property value does not support the purchase or refinance. By paying the $495, you also acknowledge to have received the loan estimate fee worksheet from us. You will also receive the offical Loan Estimate by e-mail from the lender we submit your loan application to. If the Loan Estimate disclosure from the lender or the final Closing Disclosure (CD) at closing is not consistent with our disclosure, you are entitled to a full refund.
